Gretchen has always chosen art as her favorite pastime. As an adult on the path of figuring herself out, she realized that the reason she gravitates to art is because it has always served as an active meditation of sorts. It’s a practice she uses to put the world on pause for a bit and go within. She is a more balanced and joyful person when she is creating.
